Multiple sessions

Embark on a transformative yoga journey with consistent sessions that build upon each other. Learn consistency in your practice, explore various yoga therapies, refine your poses, and advance at your own pace with support of consistent guidance.

What to expect:

  • Modifications and variations for all skill levels

  • Dynamic vinyasa flows linking breath with movement through sun salutations and standing sequences

Get prepared:

  • Water bottle for hydration & towel for perspiration

  • Yoga mat

  • Props may be available, but feel free to bring your own blocks, straps, or bolsters
